Worrying too much in this uncertain time
Have you been worrying too much lately? Couldn’t get a whole night’s sleep? You are not alone.
Many people are struggling after the pandemic and the effects it is causing everywhere in the world.

The price of everything keeps going up due to inflation and it doesn’t look like it will stop any time soon. It’s frustrating I know. However, after realizing that worrying too much will not help me and just causes too much stress.
Here are some tips that helped me, and I know will help you, too!
- Don’t watch the news!
I understand if the morning news is important to you, in my opinion though, watching the news only makes you worry and feel frustrated about the world. It will not bring you peace. All it does is put you in a negative mood. I suggest watching something more entertaining like a new TV show or watching a movie instead. - Go for a walk every morning.
Seriously! If you work from home (like me) and you feel like you always sit all day with no physical activity, walking every morning will make you feel energized the whole day. It’s also good to stay active as much as possible. So, grab your phone, and set a timer so you can start your morning walk! Make it a habit. - Organize your home
If your home has an excess of unnecessary clutter, it’s time to clean and organize your home. I promise you that you will feel at ease once you’ve gone through your stuff and organized your home. It will bring you clarity. You will feel relaxed and in control. - Drink Chamomile Tea before bed
I had issues trying to fall asleep. I wish I find this out sooner. I feel more relaxed every time I drink warm chamomile tea before bedtime. It is also loaded with antioxidants that can lower the risk of several diseases. It is also good for your heart. - Listen to audiobooks!
If you haven’t tried listening to audiobooks, you’re missing out!
There are thousands of audiobooks you can listen to. I recommend listening to Atomic Habits by James Clear, and How to Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie. It will change your perspective of the world.
It helps me when I do these things, so I’m sure it will help you, too!
