The new Nintendo Switch OLED has a bigger screen, wider adjustable stand, LAN support, better audio quality and somewhat better battery life compared to the classic switch.
If you want a bigger screen and don’t play using your TV, then I think the new OLED is worth it. But if you’re using your TV to play Switch, you don’t necessarily need to upgrade, unless you want to.
