It is important to remember that happiness is a journey and it is not something that can be achieved overnight. By making small changes in our daily life and incorporating these tips, we can start to build a happier and more fulfilling life.

Exercise regularly
Physical activity has been shown to release endorphins, which are chemicals in the brain that act as natural painkillers and mood elevators. Exercise also improves self-esteem and can help to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
You can try to walk or bike for at least 20 minutes every day. It’s fun and very relaxing.
Get enough sleep
Sleep is essential for maintaining physical and mental health. When we don’t get enough sleep, our mood can be affected, and we may feel irritable, anxious, or depressed. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
If you can’t sleep, you can try drinking hot milk at night or taking melatonin. You can also try Vicks ZzzQuil Sleeping Aid. It tastes good and it helped us fall asleep.
Connect with others
Connect with others: Strong social connections can be one of the most important factors in determining our overall well-being. Take time to nurture relationships with friends, family, and loved ones.
Practice gratitude
Being grateful for what we have can help to shift our focus away from what we lack, and increase our overall sense of contentment.
Find a hobby
Engaging in activities that we enjoy can provide a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. It can also be a great way to relax and de-stress.
Set goals
Having something to work towards can give us a sense of purpose and direction. Set achievable goals for yourself, both in the short-term and the long term.
Practice mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the current moment. It can help us to be more aware of our thoughts and feelings, and to respond to them in a more constructive way.
Give back
Helping others can be incredibly rewarding. It can give us a sense of purpose and fulfillment, and can also help to build stronger social connections.
Take care of yourself
Taking care of our physical, emotional, and mental health is essential for our overall well-being. This includes eating a healthy diet, staying hydrated, and managing stress.
Learn to forgive
Holding onto anger and resentment can be toxic to our mental and emotional health. Learning to forgive others (and ourselves) can help us to let go of negative emotions and move forward in a more positive direction.
