Why you shouldn’t worry too much
There is a lot going on in our lives every day. It is difficult to find the time to relax and just enjoy the moment. We are constantly looking for answers. I understand most of us want certainty in our lives.
Worrying is natural. However, worrying too much is not healthy. Imagine worrying about something that might happen and it didn’t happen anyway? It’s just wasted energy that you worried for nothing.
When you get sick, do you search your symptoms online? When you do find the answers you were looking for, does your worries go away or does it make you worry more?
Worrying too much causes stress. You’re anxious all the time wanting to know the answer.
“What if I lose my job? What if I get into a car accident? What if…?”
Just relax. Take a deep breathe. Go for a quick walk outside. Look at the sky. Have some coffee. Do something that will make you relax and happy. Don’t worry too much.
I stopped worrying and it made me happier than I’ve ever been…
I used to worry every second of my life. My brain is constantly looking for answers. It didn’t help me at all. I became depressed as I worry too much even things that may not even happy.
The moment I realized that I basically wasted time worrying every time I worry about something that might happen and it didn’t happen anyway, is when I started to tell myself every time I start worrying that it will just be a waste of time. Stop worrying and start living.
