Here’s a quick and simple recipe for a high protein breakfast. Easy to prepare, easy to cook and very delicious. This recipe will save you time and more gains.

Eggs and Tuna

It’s very simple. First mix 4x Large eggs and a can of Tuna in a bow.

Mixing the eggs and tuna

Scramble the eggs until the tuna is fully coated and everything is mixed.

Cook in a frying pan

Pour the mixture in a preheated frying pan with olive oil.

Cook both sides

After a few minutes, flip the egg and cook the other side.

Done!

Serve the tuna scrambled eggs with rice! Enjoy!

  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil Extra Virgin

  • Drain the can of tuna, mix with 4 large eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt to taste. Heat up a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan, then pan fry the tuna and egg mixture until the eggs are fully cooked. Serve with brown or white rice!
