How To Make Chipotle Chicken Wraps

This is an amazingly delicious chicken wrap recipe that I tweaked multiple times to perfection. The chipotle chicken, corn, mayo, sweet chilli sauce and feta cheese make a perfect flavour combination. After a few tries, we’ve added some crunchy onions and jalapeños for that extra tasty crunch. I usually cook this for dinner but it’s also good for lunch/work lunch and even breakfast. Try it and let us know what you think in the comment section below. The Best Chipotle Chicken Wraps

Really tasty Chipotle Chicken Wrap with pan-fried chicken breast in olive oil, mixed with ancho chilli pepper powder, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then topped with feta cheese, corn, sweet chilli sauce, mayonnaise, crispy onions and crispy jalapeños, wrapped in a whole-wheat wrap and then baked at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Ingredients for the Pan-Fried Chipotle Chicken

  • 1 whole Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Ancho Chilli Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1.5 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil

Ingredients for the Wrap

  • 1 piece Whole-wheat wrap
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Corn
  • 1.5 tbsp Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Crispy Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp Crispy Jalapeños (optional)
  1. Cut chicken breast into small cubes then put in the frying pan



  2. Mix Ancho Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Kosher Salt, Smoked Paprika, Chipotle Powder, Black Pepper Powder in a small bowl



  3. Add the mixture on top of the chicken in the frying pan



  4. Add some olive oil



  5. Mix everything thoroughly



  6. Put the pan on the stove and set the heat on high



  7. Pan fry until it's golden brown



  8. Turn off the heat and let it cool down before adding one scoop into a wrap



  9. Add the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce



  10. Add two tbsp of corn



  11. Add 1.5 tbsp of feta cheese



  12. Then add 1/2 tbsp of crispy onions and crispy jalapeños (jalapeños is optional if you don't like spicy)



  13. Wrap carefully and place the wraps in the oven tray on a parchment paper



  14. Preheat the oven to 400f then bake the wraps for 10 minutes



  15. When it's ready, make sure to let it stand for at least 1 minute to cool it down as the filling will be extremely hot. Serve and enjoy!
