Instant Ramen with Soft Boiled Eggs and Ground Pork
A simple and easy way to make any instant ramen taste better and high in protein.

Equipment
- 1 Small Pot To cook the ground pork and noodles in.
Ingredients
- 750 g Ground Pork
- 191 g Restaurant Style Instant Ramen
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
- Boil Eggs for 10 minutes
- Sauté the Ground Pork
- Add 1 tbsp of Ponzu Sauce
- Add 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
- Add 1 tsp of Garlic Powder and mix
- Add 1 tsp of Grated Ginger or Ginger Paste and mix well
- Put ground pork in a plate and set aside
- Add 100 ml Water in the pot and let it boil
- Add 2 servings of Instant Ramen in the pot and cook for 3 minutes
- Add the seasonings that came with the instant noodles
- Mix and server in a bowl
